“What I love about being an agent is bringing cool, great jobs and income to wonderful artists!”
– Lilla Rogers

There are many advantages to having an agent, but it is important that you find the right agent for you. Not all agents are effective. As always, do your research!

This is what Lilla Rogers and her team of agents do for their artists

  • Give them access to an existing pool of international clients for licensing and commissioning
  • Contribute to their credibility as a member of a well respected artists’ agency
  • Find commissions that are adapted to each artist’s style and affinities
  • Negotiate contracts and payments on their behalf
  • Provide them with professional and creative advice and support
  • Managing their rights and images
  • Promote their work on the Agency’s platforms and those of their partners
  • Open opportunities for more visibility (ex: articles about their work, speaking opportunities, on the side projects to develop more work)
  • Showcase their work at trade shows
  • Keep them up to speed with trends
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and support as often as needed
  • Attend Lilla’s annual private retreat for LRS artists with top art directors, Lilla’s creative workshops & craft sessions.
  • Unlimited and free access to MATS courses
  • Give them a secure and buzzing working environment that gives them the confidence to grow
  • Make them laugh and have a good time!

QuotationMarks“Being an Agent is never dull. I get new queries everyday from clients with specific projects for artists to queries from artists keen to strategize on a new idea to pitch to a publisher.
I can eat, sleep, drink, read and walk in an array of terrific products the artists have licensed. That’s pretty gratifying for an agent!”
– Susan McCabe, LRS agent

If all previous winners came out if your courses, what about those of us with experience and talent who haven’t taken your courses? We will be judged fairly too?
