Amazing industry expert guest reviewers!

We’re thrilled that amazing art director at Little Brown Books for Young Readers, Tracy Shaw, will once again be joining us as a guest reviewer for one of the weekly live reviews – and she may well be looking out for artists for picture books!

Tracy has more than 20 years’ experience in the publishing industry, and has worked on everything from board books to adult nonfiction. She led the art direction of James Patterson’s children’s imprint, Jimmy Patterson Books, for eight years, and is now back to doing what she loves best: picture books. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her two children and her husband, who is a creative director at Macmillan.

And in case you missed it, illustrator, author, educator and Make Art That Sells teacher (and Illustrating Children’s Books graduate!), Tamisha Anthony, will also be joining Lilla and Zoë for a live review!

Tamisha has illustrated five picture books so far for publishers including Penguin Random House, Little Brown, Macmillan Publishers, and Chronicle Books, with another SEVEN on the way – including her very own author-illustrator debut. Read more here.
