Lilla’s five lockdown questions: an opportunity to pause and reflect

As a gift to our amazing community, Make Art That Sells co-founders, art agent Lilla Rogers and author and entrepreneur Beth Kempton, have decided to make their raved-about business course for creatives, MATS MBA (Money BadAss), FREE for the foreseeable future. Their aim is to give away at least 20,000 free places – so far more than 12,000 people have signed up. Find out more here.

Lilla says: “One thing about where we are in this crazy, unprecedented time in the world is that it cuts through the dumb stuff. We step back and take a good look at our lives: what once was, in the past, and what will be when this is over.  This in-between time is a precious moment to reflect and make changes to our lives so that when this phase is over and the bright new future emerges we will be well-positioned to go after our dreams.”

Lilla recently reached out in the MATS MBA 2020 Facebook group in a live event, where she talked about how we can reframe this strange time and start to think more positively about it. (Have you already signed up for the course? Watch the live event here. Not signed up yet? Join for FREE here.)

During the live, she shared five questions for you to reflect and journal on, and we thought we’d share them again here for anyone who missed them.

Lilla’s questions for you:

1. What makes you most hopeful?
2. What simple routine are you most appreciating?
3. What small stuff doesn’t bother you any more?
4. What are you now doing that didn’t do before?
5. How will you celebrate when this is all over? {Define “all over” however you like)

We know that many members of our community are turning to art and creativity to find their way through our current maze, and if these or any other questions inspire you to make art then we’d love to see, so please do tag us in on social media @makeartthatsells.

Lots of love
