we are hiring long blue Make Art That Sells We’re hiring! Are you the Make Art That Sells Manager we are looking for?

We’re hiring, for one of the most important positions on our team! Are you looking for an inspiring role that will allow you to help creative people succeed in the art industry, working directly with MATS Co-founders Lilla Rogers and Beth Kempton?

Are you a proven manager, who can juggle all the moving parts of a project and gets the best out of others? Are you a data lover, who excels at analysing social media, newsletter and website statistics to help your team perform better?

Are you positive, self-motivated, service-minded and super-organized? Would you like a flexible role in a friendly and creative team, based out of the UK but internationally connected? If so, you might just be the Make Art That Sells (MATS) Project Manager we are looking for!

This is a rare opportunity to be part of the Make Art That Sells (MATS) team, one of the world’s leading online educational experiences for artists wanting to make their work more commercially viable. Our much-loved MATS Manager Jitna Bhagani is leaving us after several years in post, to pursue her passion of running a social enterprise. We are looking for a new Manager to be the hub and heartbeat of our team, and bring to life the exciting plans we have for our MATS community in 2021.

If you love the sound of this role, download the job description and application form and be sure to submit by the deadline (midnight GMT Tuesday 12 January, 2021).

  1. Some important notes:
This is a UK-based position. You will need permission to work in the UK and we are unfortunately unable to support visas or relocation. There are no exceptions to this, so please only apply if you are UK-based.
  2. The successful candidate will be based remotely with most communication by Zoom and email, with occasional in-person meet-ups.
  3. This is a managerial position not a design position (but you will be working on a creative project with a creative team so it will be super inspiring!)

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email by Friday 15 January.  If shortlisted you must be available for a virtual interview via Zoom, on Thursday 21 January.

If you know someone who might be perfect for the role, please let them know about it!

Thank you so much!
Lilla, Beth and the MATS team
