I did My Year of Art School last year and absolutely loved it. I put everything into to every single course and it made a world of difference in my work, although my family probably didn’t get as much attention as they needed, so I wasn’t going to sign up again this year. But … the deal is just sooo good. I definitely did not want to miss Illustrating Children’s Books, and I really wanted to do Bootcamp Special: Character Play too, and then, well, you added in the new courses which I just had to try, so it just made sense to sign up for the whole year again. I gave myself permission to sign up and put my family first, which means there are a couple of assignments I have missed, but it’s still worth every penny. And the deadlines really do help to ensure I finish pieces, even if they’re not perfect.
