What do you get when you mix up some of the top illustrators working today with a bunch of the most exciting VIPs in the industry? You get my 3rd Annual Artists’ Retreat that was held last month at my studio/home/nearby lake, that’s what!
Our annual artists’ retreat is how we work with our Lilla Rogers Studio Artists on their career development, keep them inspired, and basically energize all of us. My artists fly in from all over the world for this fun packed event.

I was so honored that Janine Vangool, publisher of the beloved UPPERCASE Magazine, attended my artists’ retreat too!

Janine was one of the many art directors talking about what they do and how they work with artists and commission work. We were lucky to have representatives from teNeues, Hallmark, Candlewick Press, BlueQ and other publishing companies.

Our new classrooms for MATS A and MATS B are now available!
In addition to all huge amount of content from all previous MATS A and B classes, each class will also have one new assignment for one of the lucrative markets each year, a new assignment for the live reviews which will be hosted by Lilla in 2018 and 2019 AND more additional fresh content trickled in over the two years. The new classes include access until end December 2019!
