We are so proud of our wonderful Make Art That Sells alumni and are pleased to showcase a series of gorgeous student work that was produced in our first session of Illustrating Children’s Books. Illustrating Children’s Books Student Showcase part 1 {Oct 2016 class}

We are so proud of our wonderful Make Art That Sells alumni and are pleased to showcase a series of gorgeous student work that was produced in our first session of Illustrating Children’s Books *** Kelly Frederick Mizer I really liked being able to tie everything that I learned into the cover in week 5. For a long time, I have been seeking ways to bring more of my painting and drawing into my illustration work and by week five, I felt I was on to something. This is a placement print with hand lettering, available for license for all types of markets like paper and/or party paper. I have taken MATS B, Home Decor and the Children’s Illustration Course. I look forward to taking Bootcamp in 2017 to keep my portfolio fresh and exciting with new trends including networking with amazing artists across the world. 2017 will be the best yet in my career because I feel all of the work I am putting in is creating new and exciting opportunities for me. I wanted to have 3-dimensional elves to have as a group on a shelf, and tea towels for the kitchen.
