Our students are already downloading their very first mini assignment, a wonderful color-mixing exercise to start the week. Tomorrow, they’ll build on those skills when they get their second mini assignment: an image carefully hand-picked by Lilla for its palette. They’re going to use the skills they learned today to match the colors in the image and create a brand new palette, and then they’ll do this on Wednesday and Thursday as well. On Friday, they’ll get an image from Lilla to re-draw and re-color using one of the palettes they’ve created this week.
Each Monday you’ll start your week with a playful but valuable color-mixing exercise that will set you up for the rest of the week. Click here to grab your spot.
By the end of the week, they’ll have four gorgeous new palettes and a striking piece of art for their portfolios.
